The valve combines an S.G. Iron body with an epoxy-coated S.G. Iron disc. The disc is accurately guided between two stainless-steel stems, while the gear-operated mechanism provides controlled manual operation.
The integrally moulded rubber lining provides seating for the disc and acts as a primary seal around the stem and matching pipe flange connection.

Wafer Type Construction

Two-Piece Stem Design
The valve uses a two-piece stem arrangement with stainless-steel upper and lower stems. The stems are precisely guided through the specified bush arrangement.

Valve Lining
The valve uses integrally moulded rubber lining to provide seating to the disc and sealing around the stem and matching pipe flange connection.
EPDM and Nitrile are specified lining options. Neoprene, Viton and Silicon lining configurations can also be provided according to requirement.
